The COACT CAFE Lab is a third party independent testing facility accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) to perform FIPS 140-2 validations under the Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP). The CMVP is a jointly sponsored program under the management of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in the US and the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) in Canada.
